Emmanuelle Vaugier a.k.a. Jessica Angell was on the show from Season 3-Season 5. Detective Angell portrayed the role of an amazing Detective who fell in love with another Detective [Don Flack]. Emmanuelle was not a full time castmember, but she should have been, because of her amazing abilities. Emmanuelle is an amazing actress and her character, Detective Angell, was an amazing Detective. I will strongly miss Emmanuelle a.k.a. Angell... She will always be in our hearts!
